DIGITAL MARKETING TERMS
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Digital Media. By using our Digital Media, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

TERM CHARTER CONTRACT
To confirm your term charter booking with Ahoy Club, the following contract must be completed and returned to Ahoy Club.
DAY CHARTER CONTRACT
To confirm your day charter booking with Ahoy Club, the following day charter contract must be completed and returned to Ahoy Club.
ADDENDUM TO CHARTER CONTRACT
If changes are required to your booking after you have returned your contract for day or term charter, please complete an Addendum Contract and return it to Ahoy Club.
CHARTER SERVICE TERMS
Ahoy Club guarantees the best rates and experience in the market. To ensure the safety of our clients and the protection of yachts for our owner’s, all charterers must agree and comply with Ahoy Clubs Charter Service Terms.
OWNER AGREEMENT & TERMS
Ahoy Club is delighted to welcome all new yacht owner’s to Ahoy Club. Please download the Yacht Owners Contract, complete the required fields and return to Ahoy Club for processing.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the unfortunate event of a dispute with your Yacht Charter, Ahoy Club will endeavour to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible. To raise a dispute with the team, please ensure you have read and understood our dispute resolution procedure.
